Right lads, for a bit of fun and after a bit of discussion on the forum, we thought it would be nice to recognise our members with a little vote on the fish of the year.

In 2015 we will be running this monthly with a Trophy for the Fish of the year at the end of it.

So starting from when this post is made, you have exactly a week to post in your pictures, to be judged by the forum membership. A poll will be set up in a weeks time (approx. 2pm Sat 27th Dec).

Rules are as follows:

- 2 Entries per angler
- Only fish caught in the UK to count (This will be different in 2015)
- Any species of fish can be entered and will be judged in its own merit
- Entries MUST have been caught in 2014.
- When the Poll is created each member shall be allowed to cast two votes, but must not vote for themselves or the same picture twice.
- The poll shall be left to run for 2 weeks to give everyone a chance to vote

Once the vote is complete we shall have 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. The 1st placed fish will be put on the website as our 2014 fish of the year, the 2nd placed fish will be uploaded to our Facebook fan page as our cover photo.
